Trust awards
The 2024 Trust Awards will recognise the most outstanding teams and individuals at our hospitals across Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.
We’re looking for staff who have shown exceptional personal and professional commitment to providing our patients with excellent care.
The awards are open to all clinical and non-clinical staff, and will allow us to celebrate the diversity of our people and the incredible contribution that they make.
There is also a people’s award, nominated by patients and members of the public, and an award for exceptional fundraising efforts. Details of all the nomination categories can be found on the Trust Awards 2024 page.

If you would like to thank an individual or team that have gone above and beyond, we would love to hear from you.
Our Courtesy, Attitude, Respect and Enthusiasm (CARE) awards recognise those who have:
- gone the extra mile to provide an exceptional service for our patients, or
- made a difference to how we work
The awards are open to all patients, visitors, staff and volunteers and are presented throughout the year.
How to nominate
Patients, visitors, staff and volunteers can nominate individuals or teams at Royal Brompton Hospital, Harefield Hospital, Guy’s Hospital, St Thomas’ Hospital, Evelina London Children’s Hospital, and Guy’s and St Thomas’ community sites.
An individual and a team winner are selected each month by a diverse panel of staff. Winners are presented with their CARE award at our quarterly Board meetings.
