Important clinic updates for CPAP users

Some CPAP users are now placed into the remote annual CPAP review clinic which replaces face to face appointments.

We will send a reminder text to patients to request their CPAP data and information. The data and information will be reviewed to assess whether or not CPAP usage by the patient is satisfactory. If it is, an appointment for another review will be booked automatically for one year's time. If any information needs reviewing, we will get in touch.

Video consultations through the Attend Anywhere platform

A drop in video consultation service with the physiologist team is available for patients to discuss any issues they may be experiencing or ask any questions they may have. The service takes place every Wednesday between 2pm to 5pm and can be accessed on the Attend Anywhere video platform via the following link: https://nhs.vc/rbh-sleepvent-physiology

Click 'Start a Video Call' banner and follow the instructions until you see yourself on the screen. Find out more about how to use the Attend Anywhere video platform.

We no longer service CPAP machines onsite. Please clean your machines regularly and change the filters as necessary. You can request new filters or other parts by calling 020 7352 8121 extension 84054 or 84146 or by emailing spares@rbht.nhs.uk
