If you are collecting a sleep study device for a home sleep study:
This section applies to you if you are collecting a sleep study machine to perform a sleep study at home and return it next day. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic we must strictly adhere to social distancing and minimal contact guidelines. You should attend the department on your own (if you will be attending with a carer please let us know). To follow privacy and confidentiality guidelines please fill in the sleep study form prior to your arrival.
If you are attending an overnight sleep study:
This section applies to you if you are attending an overnight sleep study and staying at one of our sleep labs. Please refer to our Covid screening questionnaire. If you answer 'yes' to any of the questions in the 14 days leading up to your arrival for the overnight sleep study, you must let us know as possible by calling 020 7352 8121 ext 88984 or 84146.
