If you are attending an overnight sleep study:
This section applies to you if you are attending an overnight sleep study and staying at one of our sleep labs. Please refer to our Covid screening questionnaire. If you answer 'yes' to any of the questions in the 14 days leading up to your arrival for the overnight sleep study, you must let us know as possible
