Royal Brompton Hospital accommodation

Accommodation for patients' relatives or visitors is available within a 5 minute walk of the hospital buildings on South Parade. 

Accommodation costs:

  • single room, for 1 person - £58 per night
  • double room, for 2 people - £75 per night

Reservations

Please make a reservation as our facilities are limited and demand is high. We are sometimes able to meet requests at short notice and are usually able to find accommodation for relatives in the case of an emergency admission.

To make a booking, please call us, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.

Accommodation reception is located on South Parade.

To guarantee a booking we will need to have details of your debit/credit card or have received a cheque deposit in advance. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Please have this information ready when you call us.

Who can stay

Facilities are intended for short-term use by the immediate family and by inpatients' next of kin.

The facilities are not suitable for children under 16 and accommodation bookings for children are only accepted at our discretion.

Harefield Hospital accommodation

Accommodation for patients' relatives or visitors is available in Parkwood House, a short walk from the main hospital buildings. Please go to the main hospital reception when you arrive and ask for directions. 

Accommodation costs:

  • single room, for 1 person - £58 per night
  • twin Room, for 2 people - £75 per night

Who can stay

Facilities are intended for short-term use by patients attending outpatient clinics, by the immediate family and by inpatients' next of kin. 

Accommodation staff can also provide information on local alternatives which have been recommended by other relatives and visitors.

The facilities are not suitable for children under 16, and accommodation bookings for children are only accepted by the discretion of the hospital.

Visitors receiving benefits

If a visitor receives any of the following:

  • Employment support allowance
  • Income support
  • Pension credit

They may be entitled to a special rate on their room.They should bring their benefits book with them to show the accommodation staff so they can help further.
