Royal Brompton Hospital accommodation

Accommodation for patients' relatives or visitors is available within a five minute walk of the hospital buildings on South Parade. 

Charges per room per night, including VAT, are:

  • double room (for two people) - £66.00

  • single room (for one person) - £50.00

Reservations

Making a reservation is essential because accommodation facilities are limited and demand is high. Sometimes, we can deal with accommodation requests at short notice and are usually able to find accommodation for relatives in cases of an emergency admission.

The accommodation office is open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. You can either call on: 020 7351 8044 or visit in person. Accommodation reception is  located on South Parade. Please go to the Fulham wing reception and ask for directions. 

Who can stay

Facilities are intended for short-term use by patients attending outpatient clinics and their immediate family, and inpatients' next of kin.

The facilities are not suitable for children under 16 and accommodation bookings for children are only accepted at our discretion.

Copies or our terms and conditions are available at the accommodation. Pick up a copy outside or ask inside. 

Harefield Hospital accommodation

Accommodation for relatives is usually available in Parkwood House, a short walk from the main hospital buildings. Please go to the main hospital reception when you arrive and ask for directions. 

Current room rates at Parkwood House (prices as of 1 April 2019)

  • double room for two people - £64.00
  • single room for one person - £50.00

Charges are per room per night, including VAT

To guarantee a booking we will need to have details of your debit/credit card or have received a cheque deposit in advance. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Please have this information ready when you call us.

Visitors receiving benefits

If your relative or visitor receives any of the following:

  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Employment Support Allowance
  • Income Support
  • Jobseeker's Allowance
  • Pension Credit

They may be entitled to a special rate on their room.They should bring their benefits book with them to show the accommodation staff so they can help further.
