Always check with patient for any contraindications to CMR. If in any doubt about previous surgery, metallic implants etc. please contact CMR unit for advice.
Outpatient requests
Please send CMR request form or referral letter direct to the CMR unit.
Inpatient requests
Send or fax request form to CMR unit (fax number 8816). Always phone to discuss patient’s clinical history and to allow us to prioritise patients for first available scanning slot. Please note that scans usually take an hour.
