Biography

Dr Ilaria Bo graduated with honours from Italy where she also obtained her specialty training in paediatrics.

Dr Bo trained in paediatric cardiology in Italy and completed her subspecialty in London at Royal Brompton Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital. 

She has focused her interest in advanced paediatric echocardiography and, subsequently, in fetal cardiology. Her fetal cardiology training at Royal Brompton Hospital was supported by an European Society of Cardiology (ESC) training grant.

Awards

Dr Bo was awarded a 12 months ESC (European Society of Cardiology) training grant in 2019.
