Our offices are close to the main entrances of Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals. Reception staff can show you where to find us.
How PALS can help you
Pass on your positive comments to staff
Listen to you if you have a problem and make suggestions about the best way to resolve it
Agree what action will be taken and when it will happen
Arrange a meeting with members of staff who will be able to answer your questions
Go to meetings with you if you feel this would be helpful
Let you know about any changes that are made to our services as a result of your comments
Use your comments to raise awareness throughout our hospitals of how we can improve our services
Put you in touch with other services who may be able to help, both inside and outside our hospitals
Advise you if you want to make a formal complaint
