Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust has, for many years, had a policy of screening all patients admitted to the Trust for MRSA. We are therefore fully compliant with the Department of Health’s recent recommendation that all elective and emergency admissions to the Trust are screened for MRSA.
