Access to Outlook is provided in order to facilitate work by Trust staff. You can read more about the policies that govern Outlook use by logging on to the intranet Trust policespage (IM&T security, Confidentiality, Use & abuse of e-mail & Internet).
If working from a remote machine, whether Trust issued or not:
do not store confidential information (patient, staff or commercial) on the machine
do not download any e-mail to the machine that would breach this
when done, logoff properly, close the browser, restart the machine.

Once your emails have been moved to the new system, you will need to access Outlook web access in a different way.
